Big News for Bistro Fans
We are thrilled to welcome Chef Robert Sisca back to Bistro du Midi as our Executive Chef/Partner. In Chef Sisca’s new role he oversees and guides the culinary direction of the restaurant, along with longtime friend and his mentee, Chef de Cuisine Josue Louis, and Pastry Chef Allen Morter. With Sisca at the helm, the restaurant’s concept has evolved from Provencal French to a broader French Cuisine inspired by Coastal New England influences. Chef Sisca’s ability to meticulously source exquisite seafood, his talented eye for elevating game and other meats while presenting a classic yet approachable menu will drive the overall direction of his menus.
And With New Leadership
Himmel Hospitality Group (HHG) are now overseeing the daily operations of Bistro du Midi. HHG owns and operates Grill 23 & Bar, Harvest, and Post 390 restaurants in Boston. HHG has been part owner of Bistro du Midi since it opened in 2009 and will now oversee management of one of Boston's only restaurants overlooking Boston Public Gardens.
Dine Out Boston is almost here
Bistro du Midi will be serving Dine Out Boston menus from March 18-23 & 25-29. For the first time ever we are serving both Lunch and Dinner. Both Floors are open for reservations, so make yours today. Dinner menu is $38 per person and Lunch is $25. (Excluding Saturdays)
